Scenario: attempting to schedule an offering on non working
day.
30/09/2015 is configured as a holiday and the facility will remain closed.
Facility will have the holiday profile mapped to it that controls the
conflict.
Second step->Map the holidays to holiday profile
Third step ->define the working weeks
Forth step->define Facilities and map the holiday profile
and working week we configured in the previous step
Finally when we schedule the offering on a non working day
system will throw an error message like below
