Program RSAQR3TR is used Change Query Area from Standard to Global -SQ02 Tcode

Issue-no option for no options for Exporting or downloading in SQ02->Transport Program RSAQR3TR is Used for Transporting but i want to assign querry from Standard Area to Global Area in same SAP system instead of going to SQ02->transport,go via se38/sa38-Program RSAQR3TR you will find option to no options for Exporting or downloading
