Invalid competency id found in one of the competency sections .SuccessFactors competency libraries to store individual competencies
Issue :Invalid competency id found in one of the competency sections when trying to upload PM template XML
Root Cause: The competency was created with Locale as English (Debug) instead of English(DEBUG)
compare both the template and options->change language and ensure they are in sync.
The locale change will fix the issue and the xml template will be uploaded without throwing error.
