change description of standard field in hcm infotypes

say for instance we would like to change the text of a standard field in an infotype,it can be done without customization,however it must be noted that the data element and field name must be the same,only then it can be changed without customisation.see for yourself Goto CMOD tcode - > goto menu - > text enhacements - > keywords - > change ---> give data element name( hit F1 in the field from infotype and click tech infirmation and you will be able to double click to fnd the data element) for instance check infotype 0167 ,it will allow you to chane texr using above approach. http://saptechnical.com/Tutorials/ExitsBADIs/Description/change.htm the same doesnt hold good for 0185 infotype. we need to go http://www.saptraininghq.com/how-to-change-and-create-sap-hr-infotype-screens-continued
