Check
these Settings – 1
First, clear your browser’s cache
or try again with a different browser. Then carefully check the steps in the
exercise and the proceeding ones, especially the settings listed below.
Command Center
Site > Site Setup*
Integrations > Manage API Credentials
Note that some students using their
partner company’s shared stage instance have found their Command settings
changed, but not by them. Check for that!
For example, one student was not able to
apply for a job and found that her page rules had disappeared from the shared
Stage site

---------------------------Troubleshooting Tips – Security Key
If the Security Key is not set
correctly, several types of errors can occur:
Recruiter SSO
Real-time Job Sync
When attempting to open CSB you are
redirected back to the instance home page.
Ensure that the Security Key
follows the rules:
From 20-28 characters
At least one upper and one lower case
letter
At least one numeric character
At least one special
character/punctuation
Ensure that the Security Key is the
same in Command Center > Site Setup > SSO and in Provisioning >
Service Provider Settings > Recruiting Marketing Settings. (For security
reasons, the Key will be cleared after saving each time.)
Ensure that the Security Key is
unique (not used in another instance).

Troubleshooting
Tips – Recruiter Sync
There may be a delay to see your
results.
If the recruiters do not appear in
Command Center under Users > Search (Client Admin), check that each has a
unique email address. (The most common error.)
Ensure that your Staffing Group is
populated in Admin Center.
To see the status of your job,
check the logs from Command Center > Site > Site Maintenance Viewer and
click on Load Prior 24h Data. Select the job and read the log at the bottom.
If the log shows a 403 Error, check
the System Name field on the SSO page and ensure that you’ve selected the
datacenter where your instance is installed.
Check the settings from Site Setup
> SSO and re-run Recruiter Sync.
If when you click Manage Career
Site Builder you get the error “The requested operation is not available” check
that your admin user (HR Admin) is included in the Recruiter Sync.
Some students have reported that
Recruiter Sync wouldn’t run for them, but it worked when the instructor ran it
from the student’s Command Center instance.

Troubleshooting
Tips – Real Time Job Sync
There may be a delay to see your
results. Even if a scheduled job in Provisioning is displayed as Complete, the
job may not be finished running on the RMK side. The request is sent to a queue
called “Maintenance” and the time to execute maintenance jobs varies greatly
based on the time of day and number of jobs in queue.
To see if the job was run by RMK,
check the logs from Command Center > Site > Site Maintenance Viewer and
click on Load Prior 24h Data. Select the job and read the log at the bottom.
Confirm that every job contains a
job description.
Confirm that the jobs are posted to
the external career site created for RCM.
Un-post and re-post the job in RCM.
Also change a field on the requisition and save the change.
Ensure that you have not included a
large image in the job requisition that exceeds the size limit.
Check your field mapping.
Re-run the Recruiting Marketing
“Sync all external job postings” job in Provisioning.
Check your settings in Provisioning
for the RMK Service Provider Settings (including the Security Key) and the RMK
Datacenter URLs.
If used, ensure that a Job Profile
exists for that particular requisition. One customer's job would not sync
because of invisible characters in empty lines in the Job profile, External job
description.
