Issue:when trying to enable embedded signature:Your eSignature settings cannot be changed. Ensure that you have enabled SuccessFactors e-Signature in Admin Center
resolution:
go to Admin Center Platform Feature Settings and select Enable SuccessFactors eSignature. It's a pre requisite.
uncheck and recheck and save
