Symptom:
Error message: "RCM to EC integration is not configured correctly (missing transformation template). Please contact your system admin".
Resolution:as per 2396721 - Error in Manage Pending Hires
You can upload a dummy transformation template attached in this KBA to mitigate the error, but it may again show as 0 candidates or similar messages>
it will show as 0 candidates in Manage Pending hires
Tip ○ Offer Approval populates the Manage Pending Hires table in Admin Center. If an applicant does not receive an offer approval that is approved before entering the Ready to Hire (Hirable) status, they will NOT show up in the Manage Pending Hires list.(sic)
ensure the hireable option is Hireable (refer screen shot)
