Symptom
When creating an offer approval there is a message saying 'Role configured in Offer Detail template could not be resolved to a valid approver' beside one of the approvers.
He takes JOY in sharing product knowledge with others. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and also to seamlessly collaborate with SAP SF community members.
